Shipping Policy

Shipping is done pan India for cushions and throws within 24 hours of order placementthrough various prominent courier partners. It takes approximately 2-5 days for the order to get delivered to the customer depending on the location. The shipping charges are advised as per the order on checkout page. We offer free shipping for our customers on shopping above INR 999. 

After shipping the tracking of the order is shared on the customers mobile and email through which the customer can get the exact timing of the arrival of the shipment.

Return & Refund Policy

How do I return an item purchased on ANS?

With our easy returns policy, returning a product is very convenient. If you have received a product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and you wish to return the product, you have 5 days (48 hours for damaged and defective) to raise a return request by just following the below mentioned procedures:

  1. Please raise a return request by calling our customer care at 8588832002 or by sending us the return request mail on our customer support email id “contact@anewstory.in “.

  2. After we receive your request, one of our Customer Care Executive will get in touch with you to further understand the issue and will process the request for refund.

  3. We will do a reverse pickup of the product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described (Customer not liking)” from the customer’s place in an unused/undamaged condition with all tags, bills and original packaging intact and replace the same with a fresh new one. For damaged and defective products, please share the product images along with the packaging images on contact@anewstory.in or Whatsapp on 8588832002 and our support team will get back to you for your return / refund processing.

  4. Once the QC is done, you will receive a "Refund" of the product amount paid while purchasing. This refund will of the order amount will be remitted back to your debit/credit card or net-banking account. The process for refund may take approximately 7-10 business days to get the amount actually reflect in your debit/credit card / net-banking account.

Exceptions:

We will try our level best to assure you a hassle free return, however there are certain exceptions where it will be difficult to support returns as mentioned below:

  1. If the return request is made after the specified time frame (5 days from the date of delivery for dislike and 48 hours for damaged and defective).

  2. Anything missing from the package like the price tag, accessories, labels, original packing, etc.

  3. Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or any other damage done by human error, etc.

  4. Any customer had requested and placed an order for Customized product, then refund will be done only if the product is received in a Damaged or Defective condition. There will be no refund for customer dislike.

  5. In case of Gift Vouchers or Point redemption we would reissue the Gift Voucher or reinstate the points in your account.
